What do you like best about InvestNext?

The product is fantastic. Setting up and managing projects has been simple. So far the software has been able to handle each of our unique circumstances. They have a ton of documentation and videos to help along the way as well. The people behind the product are incredible as well. They have been extremely helpful and quick to communicate. What do you like best about InvestNext?

InvestNext is very simple to use. Setting up a capital raise and then managing that capital throughout the investment is all streamlined easily. I also love the ability to process payouts, according to my customized waterfalls, directly from the platform. I have used other platforms that charge way more money that can't even do that. What do you dislike about InvestNext?

It would be amazing if it was a bit more robust in terms of lead generation and CRM to handle new investors. That side of things is a bit limited. If it handled that in this platform it would be amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InvestNext?

This is my first time using InvestNext as a co-sponsor. I overlooked my investor's initial documentations and realized we needed to correct it after the deal was closed. The complexity is there was a wall between the lead sponsor and the co-sponsor. So, we could not fix the problem by ourselves. When reaching out to InvestNext team. the customer support provided fast response and took all steps to help us fix the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

My primary role has been a co-sponsor. I'm not sure what the lead sponsor could see. One thing surprised me was that it seemed that the lead sponsor had to manually add me to the Communication portal after the capital raising was closed. What do you like best about InvestNext?

The customer service has been incredible and the interface is great. They are also very responsive an open to hearing things that can be improved on their site. They also have enabled a feature where you can generate a report on almost any data that is reflected in the portal, which has been extremely helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

Sometimes the new document scanner feature for uploading tax documents takes a long time. However, it has gotten better already in the 2 months that it has been an active feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InvestNext?

I do not write reviews often but I felt compelled after really getting great customer service and help from the InvestNext team.

I am am partner for a start up US based opportunity zone fund and after interviewing many groups we landed on InvestNext.

They have worked with us to maximize the features for our team and made themselves available for demos and questions.
