What do you like best about InvestNext?

What do you like best about InvestNext?

Fabulous system for calculating and distributing investor distributions. Organized reporting functions allow Spark Investment Group to keep on top of capital raising, document signing, distributions, communications and tax reporting. What do you like best about InvestNext?

The software is very easy to use and where I have questions, I feel like there is already a video in the help section to answer my questions, but hands down the support team is the best I've come across. What do you like best about InvestNext?

So far, the onboarding was very smooth and the team has been very helpful and responsive. I've used InvestNext from an investors perspective, so am already familiar with the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

Nothing so far. I think there is an opportunity to create an investment tracker (across different sponsors) that LPs can subscribe to. What do you like best about InvestNext?

Before signing up for InvestNext, we were managing our investor relations through Google Drive and Gmail. Which worked when we were first starting out but it was clear we wouldn't be able to scale with it. Transferring everything over to InvestNext has made our lives 100000x easier AND makes us look 100000x more professional. I also have to give a shout out to their customer service (especially Theresa) for how knowledgable and helpful they are. What do you like best about InvestNext?

I’ve really enjoyed using InvestNext so far. The platform is incredibly comprehensive and clearly built with flexibility in mind. It supports different types of investment structures, which is great. What stood out the most, though, is the responsiveness of their team. Every time we’ve had a question or needed guidance, they’ve been quick to assist and genuinely helpful.

The onboarding process was smooth, and it’s clear that they’ve put a lot of thought into both the user experience and functionality.
