It's great for syndication of deals, distributing documents, and organizing capital raises, keeping the whole process streamlined. I love that it's user-friendly, organized, and very clean. Having one login to manage everything rather than multiple emails and logins makes my work more efficient. Being able to sign into different instances with a single username is also a great feature. I definitely like the more modern layout of InvestNext compared to IMS, which benefits both us and our limited partners. I appreciate that we have multiple offerings inside the InvestNext platform. I also love the deal room feature where we can put marketing collateral, PPM, and links to webinars. Additionally, I like being part of the beta for connecting Claude to InvestNext as we've been using Claude across all our platforms. I'm not currently allowed to configure HubSpot to talk to InvestNext in as seamless a way as I would like. Some things I still have to do manually, and I would like both HubSpot and InvestNext to always have the same information. The connection to HubSpot, the two-way communication where if something is done in HubSpot, it can be immediately reflected in InvestNext and vice versa, is the first thing that concerns me. There are other things I would like to see improved or upgraded or changed, but this is the thing I am most concerned with right now. Additionally, there are specific things pertinent to the way we raise capital and communicate with limited partners that InvestNext doesn't allow us to automate. I find InvestNext really helpful in making investors very satisfied with the ability to access all of the information and reporting. I also like that investors can receive their distributions by ACH. What's been refreshing is their rapid response time, which is same-day, and their ability to deliver work results no later than the next day. I appreciate how they managed to load my portal with my investors during setup when I didn't have the time or admin resources to do it myself. They took care of it all for me.
