The ability to make ACH payments for distributions is also very streamlined and simple to do once it is set up. The main one being navigation. Every page is laid out the same, causing them all to look identical. Unfortunately, locating certain functionalities can be like finding a needle in a haystack sometimes, and requires a lot of clicking around to find the right menu. For example, if I need to review an investor's signed documents, I couldn't really tell you which set of menus and steps is needed to get to the documents. But I eventually get there by clicking around. I'm also not the biggest fan of the inability to change an investor's profile information on my backend. If an investor emails me with an address change for example, instead of taking care of it myself to provide good customer service, I need to ask the investor to login themselves and change it. Functionalities including documents, notifications, distributions etc. **What do you dislike about InvestNext?** Saving multiple login credentials for different investments, although they are all hosted on InvestNext. So basically I have to manage many sets of login credentials. **What problems is InvestNext solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can't imagine the burden and cost on real estate fund GPs to set up their own websites. On the LP side, if each GP has a different design of their websites, LP must learn so many times: where to click if I want to do this? InvestNext standardized the user interface. ### 49. They're platform has everything all in one place which is super helpful as you're putting together capital and legal docs for a deal. ### 50. It's a nice perk to have co-sponsor capabilities, although there are some limitations as well. **What do you dislike about InvestNext?** The interface isn't very easy to use from the co-sponsor side. It gets a little confusing across the contacts and profiles in separate tabs. Some of the features are grayed out. I don't particularly appreciate how every sponsor group needs its own site. Some of our investors are invested in multiple deals across multiple sponsors that use Investnext, and there's a separate portal for each.
