I appreciate that we have multiple offerings inside the InvestNext platform. I also love the deal room feature where we can put marketing collateral, PPM, and links to webinars. Additionally, I like being part of the beta for connecting Claude to InvestNext as we've been using Claude across all our platforms. I'm super excited about potentially implementing Claude on top of InvestNext. **What do you dislike about InvestNext?** I'm not currently allowed to configure HubSpot to talk to InvestNext in as seamless a way as I would like. Some things I still have to do manually, and I would like both HubSpot and InvestNext to always have the same information. The connection to HubSpot, the two-way communication where if something is done in HubSpot, it can be immediately reflected in InvestNext and vice versa, is the first thing that concerns me. There are other things I would like to see improved or upgraded or changed, but this is the thing I am most concerned with right now. Plus the ability to share the same set of data between joint owners and their accountants. Now I dont have to answer multiple emails they can easily all the data from the portal themselves. Had great customer support during the initial installation phase which was great. Our investors love the interface and the fact that they can see all of their distributions, communications, financials, and more in just one place. We probably have not used all the bells and whistles of the program, but what we have used has made our team look very professional and on top of things. The best part of the platform is that it handles the distributions perfectly. Customer support is pretty great. I've emailed to have folks help me out, and they often send me a Loom video to show me exactly how to do things or I can hop on a call with them quickly. **What do you dislike about InvestNext?** InvestNext can be clunky at times. The email platform, for instance, is a bit frutsrating to use because formatting emails does not happen easily. It's like an old HTML platform. I wished that the email and update platform would be more like MailChimp. I also wish that I could have a personal point person at the organization to help me grow in my use of the platform specifically for my company. The initial assesment after months of atemping to do simple things in the platform was that this was a great product when it first came out for syndications and simple vehicles, but it seems that added features were cobbled together on top of the exisitng platform and not well integrated as the platfom grew to attempt to do more - that made for a difficult, and frustrating, implementation which ended in decideing to deprecate the platform after 3-months. That said, when concerns about implemtaiton were brought up to customer support they did work to address those issues, but sadly the features were still lacking and the system was not a fit. **What problems is InvestNext solving and how is that benefiting you?** InvestNext is attempting to be an all in one platform. They are also very responsive an open to hearing things that can be improved on their site. They also have enabled a feature where you can generate a report on almost any data that is reflected in the portal, which has been extremely helpful. **What do you dislike about InvestNext?** Sometimes the new document scanner feature for uploading tax documents takes a long time. However, it has gotten better already in the 2 months that it has been an active feature. **What problems is InvestNext solving and how is that benefiting you?** Any time we have reached out with a problem, they have been very quick to fix it for us and the customer service has been exceptional. It's made things like capital raising and distributions so much easyer—no more messing arround with endless paperwok or complicatted calculations.
