Invenva is inventory management software for small businesses and teams. It runs in any browser and as an app on iPhone and Android, with the same account and the same data everywhere. Scan barcodes and QR codes with the phone camera to find, add, count or move an item. Stock in and stock out work offline on the phone and sync when you are back online. Set a minimum per item to get a warning before you run out, and keep expiry dates batch by batch so nothing expires unseen. Prepare supplier orders as checklists and book the delivery in one step. Count shelves without losing your place, even two people on one shelf, and apply the differences at once. Every movement is recorded with the person, the time and the value. Invite your staff with a code or a link: viewers look, editors move stock, admins manage the team. Give each shop, depot or site its own workspace and transfer stock between them. Import your Excel or CSV list, and export stock lists, reports and count sheets as PDF or Excel. One price covers the whole team, with no fee per person: Pro includes 5 people and 5,000 items for $99.99 a year. A free plan lets you try it on your real stock, and the demo opens in the browser with no sign-up. Available in 21 languages.
