It is developed by Chamberlain Design LLC in the United States. Track stock across multiple locations, warehouses and shelves, with transfers logged as formal stock movements and a full history of every change. Set a reorder point per item and get low-stock alerts by email. Raise purchase orders against supplier records, email them to suppliers, and receive against them, including partial receipts, so a short shipment keeps the PO open for the backorder. Purchase orders carry a tax rate, so totals can match your supplier's invoice. Last cost and weighted-average cost update on every receive. Scan item barcodes and QR codes with your phone camera in the native iOS and Android apps (CODE128, EAN13, UPC-A and QR) to look up an item, add a new one, or adjust stock. No dedicated scanner hardware required. Print barcode labels one at a time or for a whole selection. Moving from a spreadsheet or another tool? Import a CSV or paste rows straight in. A Shopify product export file is recognized automatically: SKUs, quantities, prices, barcodes, costs and vendors are matched without manual column mapping. Ask the built-in IQ Assistant questions like "what's running low?" and it answers from your own inventory data; it can also prepare draft orders for you to review. On the Pro plan and above, check tools and equipment out to people with due-back dates and see what is overdue. For manufacturers and job shops, the Enterprise plan adds work orders with cut-list import from Excel or CSV, per-job material lists, committed-demand forecasting, and draft purchase orders built from your reorder rules for you to approve. Integrations: Slack and Microsoft Teams notifications, Zapier (outbound events to a Zapier Catch Hook), and custom outbound webhooks. Starter includes no integrations; Pro includes 2, Business 5, Enterprise unlimited. API access on Business and Enterprise. Yearly billing is available. 7-day free trial on every plan: on the web you add a card and are not charged for 7 days; the iPhone and Android apps start without a card. There is no free plan; after the trial, an active paid subscription is required to keep using the account. If you don't subscribe, the account becomes read-only and your data is preserved. InventoryQuick runs as a desktop web app in 13 languages plus native iOS and Android apps. Support is by email.
