What do you like best about Inventory Planner by Sage?

Integration to our ecommerce platform was incredibly easy.

Can manage our stock extremely quickly, including interstate transfers.

Orders created in a matter of minutes.

What do you like best about Inventory Planner by Sage?

We have used IP for just over 12 months. It has been a time saving and efficient tool within our business. It has allowed us to focus on analysing data rather than spending time on building the reports. It is a highly flexible tool and easily integrates with our existing systems.

Overall best app for retailers. Inventory planner makes generating and creating purchase orders based on demand easy. Quickly generate purchase orders in seconds, disregard no longer replenishable items, and assign products based on brand/vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inventory Planner by Sage?

Inventory planner is very good at integrating with marketplaces (Amazon, eBay, Walmart) and other systems like e-commerce or IMS. They gather the information and provide a very clear and customizable demand forecast. The reports that you can find in Inventory Planner are great. You can also compare inventory in different warehouses, and it provides really good insights on each SKU that I haven't seen on my IMS. Support team is awesome as well. What do you dislike about Inventory Planner by Sage?

I'd like Inventory Planner to integrate with more Inventory or Warehouse Management System platforms because we want to migrate to other than our actual, but that's really all I can think of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a manufacturer and the replenishment recommendations the system provided were inflated/simply wrong.

Support agents were knowledgeable but the conversations via chat and email were cumbersome and you could not get someone on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Inventory Planner by Sage?

Customization of the segments means we can effectivley track our items. In particular, we have the same things in different categories with different part numbers. Previous systems we used made doing this was tricky, but with Inventory Planner, we can find all the part numbers associated with an item quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inventory planner makes it easy to generate and create purchase orders based on demand. Easily generate purchase orders in seconds, disgard items that are no longer replenishable, and assign products based on brand/vendor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Inventory Planner by Sage?

The cost is a little high for what it is, and it doesn't allow you to tweak the formula for calculating demand. That said, if you have a lot of sku's and vendors, the cost is worth it and it is a huge time saver. It has helped us avoid overstock items and thus improve cash flow.
