Good data import capability. **What do you dislike about Inventory Planner by Sage?** We are a manufacturer and the replenishment recommendations the system provided were inflated/simply wrong. Support agents were knowledgeable but the conversations via chat and email were cumbersome and you could not get someone on the phone. **Recommendations to others considering Inventory Planner by Sage:** It may work for an online retailer, but look elsewhere if you are a manufacturer. **What problems is Inventory Planner by Sage solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were looking for a tool to provide a data-based recommendation on which components to purchase. We did not realize any benefit as the recommendations it provided were wrong. Invested hundreds of hours setting it up and trying to validate the recommendation to no avail.
