# How do I ensure my weldments always accept weld at their interactions. I have models where cylinders are welded to cylinders. Inventor will not allow me to add weld in between these features. The cylinders are perpendicular to each other. ##### Post Metadata

# How do you handle the data creation problem? Basically how do you get all of your legacy data into 3D models from old 2D drawings? I don't mean technically, i mean creating the shear amount of data that has to be created. I have millions of 2D files that we are slowly moving to 3D, but I need a better process to speed this up and get over the hump.
