GoCo is very intuitive for the user. The implementation team is extremely helpful and responsive. I can manage my benefits onboarding for a new employee in just a matter of minutes. I'm not fond of some of the permissions. I'd really like to think that , at some time, we can be more restrictive in allowing administrative positions permission to view things in the files. We primarily use GoCo for onboarding employees and information reports. It works well on these fronts. It's quick and efficient for our new hires and allows them to be hired from their personal cellphone, computer, or laptop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some issues with being unable to update forms. Importing a paper form into GoCo and then trying to update that form externally means effectively rebuilding the form twice.

Building it exclusively in GoCo means you have to rebuild the form in Word if you want editable control. It's lead to issues where forms hang around in older revisions because it's time consumptive to build it twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are alot of different perks to using GoCo, but the main one that seems to benefits our company the most is having all of the employees info storred in on area. GoCo implementation process was very drawn out and did not help me learn the platform. The implementation team was hard to reach and did not allow me ample opportunity to be a collaborator in the process. Goco has been helpful in getting our small business going when we didn't have an HR department. The GoCo staff have all been helpful and honest in helping our team transistion to the online base system. GoCo's tracking hours to jobs is a bit conjested, However GoCo has made inprovments since we started and as we work with GoCo i'm sure we will get this finetuned and more user friendly. looking at one report of employee hours tracked by job needs to include the breakdown of regualar hours and overtime hours insted of a lump sum of hours worked. all in all we havent had many downsides that havent been addressed and fixed. Like previous, because there are so many additions to GoCo that can be purchased, without purchasing some of them a few processes can be difficult. For example, we are trying to implement our performance evaluation process into GoCo, but it has come with its difficulties. Honestly the W4 which allows automatic documents to prompt depending on state etc has been wildly helpful to our greener finance team. The onboarding process has also improved significantly since using GoCo Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
