GoCo has helped us to organize our hiring and onboarding processes immensely. GoCo has been excellent at customizing a program for our seasonal company - we are a theater company that does the bulk of our hiring from Jan-April for our 3 month Shakespeare summer stock season. Most of our employees work seasonally, many return year after year, and GoCo was the only company we researched that was willing to work with our unique schedule and hiring issues. I recently started at a new company that used GoCo for benefits enrollment and the process was very easy. I was able to click through and see my benefit options, start dates, policy coverage, and everything else I needed to make an educated choice on insurance options. What I like best about GoCo is having an HRIS platform that is intergarted with our payroll system. This enables us to make changes in one place rather than making changes in multiple places. If there is a need for doing manual data transfers GoCo ensures that this is done timely.

GoCo also audits the systems to ensure that data matches before payroll is processed to ensure that issues are addressed proactively instead of reactively.
