Fairly easy for our employees to use. Bi-lingual onboarding experience for our Spanish employees. We are a low-tech, construction company. Easy to use on mobile device via personal email. The Messaging system is very handy allowing me to 'text" employees directly from GoCo. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Workforce?** Onboarding was a challenge requiring us to upload employee data twice and reset the onboarding workflow process. Accessed through PERSONAL email, even for administrators. Viewing data defaults to GoCo's standard which I have to reset every time. We think we have the kinks worked out. Implementation is ongoing. We have some resistance from employees so it taking much longer. **What problems is QuickBooks Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are a small, family-owned construction company. HR has been managed manually. It did things like automatically calculating deductions and withholdings accurately for us while also recording journal entries to properly account for each expense. We ended up using quite a bit of other payroll systems because we needed more integrations with other HR & ATIS systems but getting started with QuickBooks showed how bad a few other payroll systems were. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Workforce?** Not a lot if anything to dislike about QuickBooks, I think if you were using it quite deeper as an administrator, some things with the UI & UX could definitely be improved, the system interface could get clunky easily. **What problems is QuickBooks Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a payroll system for the entire team, which was quite a simple but extremely useful problem QuickBooks solved for us. ### 15. Alterations are easy and quick- well explained and i like having notifications. I have always had great experiences with Amy and Sabrina. They respond kindly and quickly. I have used the phone number and email on the website though and dont seem to get as quick of a response. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Workforce?** If I had to pick something I wish i could correct exp. dates on docs. Instead of having to download and upload again. The price for QB Payroll has gone up by almost 5 times since I started using it. Also, Intuit has worked on their customer service but it's still not great. Their folks are friendly and mostly know what they're doing but I often find myself digging through help files rather than contacting them because it's faster. **What problems is QuickBooks Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** I need to be able to do payroll for one person including retirement benefits and federal / state taxes. Goco gives clients a lot of great options to choose from to make their system as robust or as simple as needed. Whenever there is an issue, Goco responds quickly and follows up to make sure everything is satisfactory. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Workforce?** I have not had any issues that could not be resolved with Goco. I suggested to my CSM that perhaps they make sure reviewing timesheets a bit easier such as a button to the right to go to the next employee as opposed to going back into timesheets to go to the next time card to review. **What problems is QuickBooks Workforce solving and how is that benefiting you?** Goco is helping me to solve document storage issues, and compliance issues, and is great with streamlining and taking care of benefit enrollments and terminations ### 42.
