The customer service isn't the greatest. It often takes a significant amount of time to reach some one for help, and then they can't always help. Fortunately, it isn't needed too often. ProSeries allows me to prepare all types of income tax returns for all types of clients. I have clients in 15 states. About 98% of the forms that I use in a year are included with the program.
