I dont like the fees per return. It seems high. I also could never get the transcripts to work properly. It needs some work for sure. ProConnect has a lot of positives vs other tax prep software. It is easy to use, It imports tax documents pretty well. It is seamless with QuickBooks Online. The help articles have been all I've needed to understand any software use needs. Pricing is decent, and the whole software package does a lot more than just tax returns. It is great. The dashboard is friendly and syncs with QuickBooks, allowing the preparation of a business tax return to be much quicker since the financials are already finalized. Errors were made in payment methods, but support was not able to identify why this was caused, even though we did all the steps correctly. Nothing gets escalated up.
