It has been quite easy for me to set up the template configurations to use in the different emails I will create in the near future, as this helps me to have a name within the emails built without having to start from scratch. Whenever I have needed fresh suggestions for updating emails, I have turned to the templates that MailChimp has, which I have found to be quite updated and diversified with respect to modern themes, so there will always be new ideas for customizing the personalization templates. Also, the templates that this platform has are able to explain to the public not expert in the use of MailChimp email editor, this can facilitate access to it and start from scratch without having any inconvenience, or have a limiting knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing? MailChimp does not have technical support, so responses are slow to arrive. I understand that there is a live chat in order to have direct contact with the technical staff of MailChimp, however, I do not get the answers I need, sometimes they take me to other departments so that the staff can attend my case, however, most of the time I feel that the technical staff is outdated regarding the questions I ask. The email support is the slowest of all, receiving a response time that does not seem to be stuck, however, after many days of transiting, I get a response. I have also selected the phone call support, however, it is just as unsuccessful as the live chat support, so my only faster alternative is to take the guides and tutorials that MailChimp has or find some solution through the internet by asking on different websites, such as forums or Facebook groups. It is very useful to help modernize any company with respect to communications, as it can streamline the way it keeps informed at least in my case) with communications that a large part of my subscribers like because of the way my email is sent. I keep in touch with customers and potential customers that are generated through Mailchimp, this is that it increases the performance in sales and CRM by the constant conversation I have with customers. Every time I launch a call, I can see the results I'm getting in real time, so I don't need to worry about waiting a long time to see the performance of the call with this tool.
