"Powerful Customer Engagement, Needs More Flexibility"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I use Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing for customer outreach, sending monthly newsletters with promotions and updates to our subscribers. I really enjoy the chat support Mailchimp offers; it's easy to use and very detailed for quick resolutions. It helps us manage customer engagement and keeps data on all our emails, which we use to see what our customers engage with most. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I would like to see potentially Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing increase the number of subscribers they allow for the plan levels. With more subscribers on the plan, I could see more of a broader audience, which would probably encourage me to purchase a bigger plan to unlock more features. I would also like the email formats to be a little easier to use and more customizable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible Design but Complex Tagging"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I like the flexibility Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing provides for designing emails to look good and be specifically branded for our business. This way, all our marketing content is recognizable to our customers and community. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I think having people in groups and tagged groups is really hard to understand. It doesn't need to be super complex, which I find it to be. It can just be broken down into something super easy like 'Here's one group, here's another group.' It shouldn't matter if they're subscribed or not; anyone that comes in unsubscribed could be put into a separate group as they get signed up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Email Marketing"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I like Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing because it’s easy to use and helps me create professional emails using simple drag-and-drop tools and ready-made templates. The automation and audience tools save time and make it easier to send personalized messages. The reports are clear and help me see what’s working so I can improve my campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

One thing I dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing is that advanced features and automation are locked behind higher-priced plans, which can be limiting for small businesses or beginners. The pricing can increase quickly as contact lists grow, and some customization options feel restricted unless you have more technical experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive Email Marketing with Room for Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I appreciate that Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing is a key tool for delivering effective customer communication. It helps me improve engagement, making me confident in using similar platforms in the future. Setting it up is relatively easy, especially for basic use. The platform guides me step by step from creating an account, importing contacts, setting up a new audience, to launching a campaign. I can create and send my first email in less than fifteen minutes if everything's ready. It made creating scheduled campaigns, segmenting audiences, and tracking email performance easier for me. Also, it's great for email marketing and I can integrate it with other tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I believe when it comes to automation flexibility, automation workflows can feel limited compared to other tools. The user interface complexity is another issue; some features are not intuitive, especially for beginners, making navigation between campaigns, audiences, and automations challenging. The segmentation capabilities are somewhat basic. Reporting and analytics offer useful reports, but they're not very deep, providing limited insights for advanced analysis like customer journey tracking. The pricing structure can get expensive as your contact list grows, with some key features locked behind higher-tier plans. Template customization is a bit restrictive, and it could benefit from more design flexibility. Lastly, the integration options, while existing, sometimes require third-party tools. "Mailchimp Makes Reusing Templates and Managing Thousands of Contacts Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Mailchimp is very good with reusing the templates and changing just the key details. It is very good with holding thousands of contacts in its data base. I find that there are no bugs and everything goes smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

The support is really bad with no email or phone number to contact. You have to go through the AI chat and eventually you can log a support ticket. It wastes a lot of time as you cannot send screenshots of what you are seeing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Highly Customizable and Easy to Use"
4/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I find Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing to be pretty easy to use. I feel like there's lots of options for customizing to ensure that the colors and the branding match, which is really helpful. It seems pretty flexible as far as adding email lists, adding groups, and selecting who I want the emails to go to. I also appreciate being able to create templates, so each time I open it to send a new email, I don't have to recreate it from scratch. I have all my colors and fonts loaded, and I can just open up a template that already has our logo, unsubscribers, and information in there, and then just add in the new content. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I haven't really come across anything specific. I think the biggest challenge that I experienced is just that I use many different email marketing tools, and they each have their ways of doing things. And so it's probably just familiarity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Review From A Email Marketer For Course Business"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

To much work creating emails and not really user intuitive if you want to move quickly. I feel that it takes me to 15-20 minutes to compose an email and using all features offered. As a person who relies on email marketing for their business I want something more efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Email Marketing That Gets Campaigns Out Fast"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

It is easy to use. You can build emails, manage contacts, create forms, launch campaigns, and view results without feeling like you need a week-long onboarding course.

For a smaller marketing team, that matters. We can get campaigns out quickly, which is half the battle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

Pricing can climb quickly. Mailchimp’s free plan is now limited to 250 contacts, and paid plans scale based on contact numbers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful Email Marketing Tool with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

I like how Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing makes professional email marketing easy for our team, even without design or technical skills. The drag-and-drop email builder is incredibly intuitive, allowing us to create clean, branded templates quickly. Its all-in-one platform approach is fantastic—managing contact lists, creating segments, setting up automated workflows, and tracking performance all in one place saves us a lot of hassle. It's also great that it handles GDPR compliance well for the German market with built-in tools for consent management and unsubscribe options, which really simplifies compliance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing?

One of the main pain points for us is that advanced automation and segmentation features are locked behind higher pricing plans, which can feel restrictive as a small to mid-sized B2B team. Some of the more targeted customer journey workflows we wanted to build required upgrading, which made scaling our email strategy more costly than we expected. Second, the email template editor could be more flexible for custom designs. While the drag-and-drop builder is user-friendly, it often restricts custom layouts, and fine-tuning mobile responsiveness can be tricky. Giving users more control over spacing, fonts, and custom blocks without needing HTML would be a big improvement. Third, list management and search performance can be slow when working with larger databases. Adding faster filtering, more saved segment options, and better bulk-action tools would save a lot of daily workflow time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
