The segmentation features are excellent. I have been using this tool for over a year, and segmenting leads has always been straightforward. The built-in email builder is also very intuitive and easy to use, offering most of the features I need. What do you dislike about Intuit Mailchimp Email Marketing? I have found tracking and interpreting the metrics to be somewhat challenging. While the open and click rates consistently appear strong and even exceed industry benchmarks, the number of page visits resulting from those clicks is always less than half. This discrepancy makes me question the accuracy of the reported metrics and whether they can truly be trusted.
