As a junior user of this software I find it difficult to navigate, 1099-MISC does NOT move to it's appropriate place within the Schedule 1 and is easily overlooked. With so many softwares moving into a better visualized space, single hubs for document management, and lack of automatic integration year to year. Support needs to be more educated on tax preparation and tax preparer needs. I have spent countless hours on the phone with support only to be left with no solution. Ohio city education is crutial. There are no support personel that are able to help with city issues. Our firm has had to go to the actual city websites and manually print a return to file. It does not carryover the K-1s from business to personal and breaks and allocates it down by state and has to be done manually. it is also not good at handling some complex things or does not handle personal property tax with counties and states like other softwares.
