Program is easy to use and very comprehensive. The tech support is the best, is in the US and easy to reach. I have had very few needs for tech support but when I do they are there for me. I really like the tax returns produced, no statements that are not needed. Some tax software produces pages of unnecessary information making it difficult to understand. I do approximately 300 individual returns each year. I really like the ability to see the return as I am entering information, dual screen ability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
