"IES Dramatically Cuts Bookkeeping Time with Clear Intercompany and Consolidated Reporting"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

IES has cut my bookkeeping time dramatically. Intercompany journal entries and consolidated reporting are clear and simple now and nothing is unknown. Switching between companies is quick and easy. Love this product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

Intuit Enterprise Suite updates every few months, and sometimes those updates "break" things in ways that are hard to figure out how to correct. Since the consolidated system is still relatively new, it also seems to have more bugs than other QuickBooks platforms. These feel more like growing pains than real downsides, but they do require staying alert after each update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong Cloud Accounting, but the Transition Still Needs Better Reporting and Integrations"
3/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

The cloud accessibility, integration of accounting and payroll, and the ability to manage our business without maintaining an on-premise server. I also appreciate that Intuit continues to improve the platform and has been responsive to feedback as we've worked through implementation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

The implementation was more challenging than expected, and several core features we relied on in QuickBooks Desktop were either missing or not fully developed. We also experienced integration issues, permission limitations, reporting gaps, and workflow disruptions that affected our daily operations. While many of these issues have been addressed over time, the transition required significantly more time and effort than anticipated, and there is still room for improvement in reporting, customization, and third-party integrations. The value depends on your business needs. Intuit Enterprise Suite has features that can improve efficiency and provides the flexibility of a cloud-based system. However, our migration was much more difficult and costly than expected due to integration issues and workflow disruptions. As the product continues to mature and those issues are resolved, I believe the value will improve, but our overall return on investment has been lower than anticipated because of the time and additional costs involved. "Robust Accounting with Minor Improvements Needed"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I appreciate the ability to do job costing with Intuit Enterprise Suite. It gives us the ability to track profitability on a job more in-depth. The dimensions feature helps by breaking down costs more granularly which is really useful for tracking job profitability. I also wanted to highlight that the software provides a full robust effect, which enhances its value for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I find the drill down features a bit lacking. I'd like to be able to drill down into specific accounts, whether it's customers or jobs, without having to create a new page or go back to a previous one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Strong API docs and great value, but frequent UI changes and clunky integrations"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

Intuit has excellent API documentation, but its UI/UX is updated too frequently, and integrations can be clunky and difficult to implement. Ingesting data via the Spreadsheet Sync tool is not great and often requires extra work. Still, for the price it’s hard to beat, and the partnership with Anthropic represents a promising step in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Affordable Multi-Entity Accounting That Makes Consolidation a Breeze"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

Extremely good and affordable multi-entity software. Intercompany transactions and consolidated reporting are a breeze. It saves me hours of Excel work every month, and it costs a fraction of the price of its competitors. Customer support has also been excellent, however I haven't really needed them much because the software is so easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

Since we are a contractor, we still rely on other software for project management. However, Intuit is actively working on building native tools for our industry. It would really nice to run our whole business in IES one day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Setup, Robust Multi-Entity Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I use Intuit Enterprise Suite to manage five entities seamlessly. I like that it is simple to use while also having robust features. The project management tools within the system are very robust, allowing us to track many specific details with extreme accuracy, which is crucial for our engineering and construction company. This reduces the time needed for us to track things and increases the accuracy of those things, making us more profitable and efficient. The multi-entity features allow us to produce consolidated reports at the touch of a button, and the project management tools let us run projects concurrently with our project finances in real-time. The initial setup was easy, working perfectly within the first thirty minutes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

Intuit Enterprise Suite is rapidly building new features and at times those features have errors in them that need to be improved. Usually, they are fixed within the next few releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Time-Saver for Multi-Entity Accounting"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I used Intuit Enterprise Suite for consolidated multi-entity accounting and appreciated that it was nice to use instead of juggling separate QuickBooks accounts. I utilize multi-entity journal entries and eliminations, which are an immediate time saver. Dimensional reporting adds the depth and context necessary to understand the financials and make them decision-ready. I like being able to look at the full consolidated financial picture while using dimensions to slice up the data for analysis and decision-making. Seeing how the consolidated business group is performing is critical, and dimensional reporting allows us to analyze profitability by different segments to focus our efforts. The initial setup was very easy, like flipping a switch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

The reporting at the entity level is phenomenal but I'd love better reporting and dashboarding at the consolidated level. I'd like the ability to more easily feed in operational data to connect to the financial data especially for forecasting. I'd also love use for projects beyond single customer. I'd love additional integrations across apps utilized in the financial services space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Management, Crucial for Trust Accounts"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I like how Intuit Enterprise Suite allows me to see all of the trust accounts in one place from a single screen, making the navigation between each trust seamless. It's also very similar to the online version, which I'm familiar with. I'm really looking forward to utilizing the dimension features for budgeting. The initial setup was very easy for my team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

The business type keeps switching back to nonprofit, and that screws up our reports, giving them a different name, like a statement of financial. We no longer have a balance sheet or a profit and loss statement because they're called different names, which messes things up when we are dealing with the trust. I keep setting it back to what it should be, but then it glitches and goes back to nonprofit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Consolidated P&L Across 7 Companies—A Huge Time Saver"
4/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I like that I can now see a consolidated Profit & Loss statement for 7 companies. I previously had to combine totals for each line item manually so this is a big time saver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I don't like that it doesn't offer the same filter options for the Profit & Loss reports (under the consolidated view) as it does under the individual company. For example, I can't compare this month to last month, I can't see the % changed, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Accounting with Stellar Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

I really appreciate that Intuit Enterprise Suite simplifies our reporting and journal entries at the holdings level across multiple entities. It centralizes our chart of accounts, which is a huge advantage. I also appreciate how they seem to care about their customers with their very responsive customer support whenever we've needed assistance. Their implementation of AI has been a big benefit, allowing us to query our data, find anomalies to prior months, and streamline our analysis and close processes. The initial setup was extremely easy, as Intuit's staff took care of all the back-end transitions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?

There is nothing I don't like. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
