## Intuit Enterprise Suite Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to Use, with Helpful Hidden Extras

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Diana D. | Accounting Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

It is easy to use and understand processes. There are a lot of hidden extras that we have found very useful.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I like that there are dimensions we can use, but I am not happy with how a lot of the current standard reports cannot utilize the dimension fields. I'm told that as the year goes on there will be more reports that can filter with dimensions, but I expected this to be much further along.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to run financial reports with a click of a button. There are helpful dashboard KPI's and I can connect by bank account and credit card account. I am also able to add my own custom dimensions to track by. We have over 60 car washes that require us to have a P&L.

  ### 2. Solid for Multi-Entity Accounting, But Some Features Need Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I really appreciate how Intuit Enterprise Suite keeps our multiple entities clearly separated, which is a huge improvement over our last software. The reporting, multi-entity functionality, and ability to manage project-level finances are all major positives. The platform is generally user-friendly for day-to-day accounting, and the support for workflows and multi-role access is helpful. Migrating from a third-party system was manageable, and I like that the system lets me keep things organized and clear.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

Some features, like intercompany billing and the forwarding email for bills, still feel green and haven't worked reliably for us. The primary admin setup was confusing at first and caused access headaches. Customer support can be slow to respond, and sometimes it feels like new features are pushed out before they're ready for real-world use, which means I end up doing things manually and a lot of time with support instead of saving time.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes things flow easier and saves time

  ### 3. Versatile Financial Management with Minor Hiccups

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherrie S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I find Intuit Enterprise Suite very helpful for managing clients who invoice, pay bills, and track job costs. I like how it allows the owners of the company to be directly involved in billing and managing costs. It lets me code expenses to projects and divisions, which helps me tailor my reports. I can print P&L reports by project at any time and make adjustments, like requesting change orders or adjusting labor costs. The transition from QBO to Intuit Enterprise Suite was smooth and required minimal employee training, and the initial setup was no problem.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

The sales tax module needs improvement. We are still learning Dimensions. The challenge is coding all transactions to a Dimension. We don't have the time to assign a Dimension to historical transactions so we can compare this year to last year.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intuit Enterprise Suite helps me manage clients, track job costs, and involve owners in billing. I can code expenses to projects and divisions, tailor reports, and print P&L reports by project, enabling adjustments and better financial oversight.

  ### 4. IES Streamlined Multi-Entity Workflows and Saved Me 8 Hours a Week

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Crystal H. | Executive Accounting Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

Since implementing the Intuit Enterprise Suite (IES), I have saved approximately eight hours per week on data entry and reconciliations. The ability to manage multiple entities under a single user login has significantly streamlined my workflow.

I no longer need to remember multiple user IDs and passwords or repeatedly log in and out to access information across entities. Instead, I can simply select the appropriate entity from a dropdown menu, retrieve the required data, and move forward efficiently.

This functionality has materially simplified my day-to-day responsibilities and freed up valuable time, allowing me to focus on higher-value work such as building stronger budgets, developing KPIs, and performing more strategic financial analysis.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

The only thing I don’t like is the lack of better training on new releases. I wish there were a “class” you could attend so you’d be kept informed about this information.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

N/A

  ### 5. Efficient Cloud-Based Accounting with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Spencer G. | Management Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I like that Intuit Enterprise Suite is better than the desktop version we used before in almost every way. It's very efficient, and I see the groundwork for some major system improvements. Even though I don't know if the software is done, it's already better, and I think it's only going to get even better. The initial setup was very easy, and the team helped resolve any issues we had. We really like the software a lot, and I would recommend using it to any company our size or larger.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I hate the menu bar. When we first switched over to the software, there was a different menu system on the left that the nav bar was different. And within a week, it just so happened that they switched to the way it looks now, and I don't like it at all. I don't like that you have to hover over icons. Then it expands the menu option. I would rather just have at least a bookmarked list of things. The nav bar is a big one for us.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Intuit Enterprise Suite to improve automations and reduce manual entry with its cloud-based system, solving our accounting software needs.

  ### 6. Powerful, Expanding Bookkeeping Options with a Responsive Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dee R. | Senior Accounting Process Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

IES offers a lot of options for companies that need more depth in their bookkeeping. They also keep expanding the available features and have been very responsive, showing genuine interest in our feedback.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

The only issue I’m having right now is that some of the options I need still haven’t been released. That said, they’re working on them and should have them available soon.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We really need the dimensions to be available in our payroll, and we also need to be able to assign an employee more than one dimension. They’ve said this option should be available for us in May.

  ### 7. Unified System with Customizable Reporting Power

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bo L. | Brand Strategy Coordinator, Graphic Design, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I really like how Intuit Enterprise Suite offers us the power and depth of a mid-market ERP without the complexity and cost of systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct. It's a great fit for businesses that have outgrown basic QuickBooks and want to avoid lengthy implementations or steep learning curves. The advanced reporting and customization are standouts for us. We can create highly tailored P&Ls, balance sheets, job-costing reports, and inventory summaries that aren't possible in lower QuickBooks versions. It allows us to slice data by department, location, project, or customer, enabling real data-driven decisions rather than guessing. Also, the initial setup was straightforward, making the transition smooth.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

The biggest pain point is the speed and performance when working with large datasets. If we run complex, detailed reports over a long date range, or have many users logged in at once, the system can lag or take a long time to load. It’s manageable, but slower than we’d expect for a paid enterprise solution.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intuit Enterprise Suite streamlined our processes by consolidating financials, inventory, and project tracking into one system, eliminating data silos and duplicate entries. It enhanced our reporting capabilities, enabling us to create detailed, custom financial reports for efficient month-close, budgeting, and forecasting.

  ### 8. Easy to Use, Smart Transaction Suggestions, and Amazing Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

The ease of use and the auto suggestions of transactions. The support recieved is amazing as well.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

There are some import function I would love to see. Some sort of Deposit import, not just journal entry import, yes we can import deposits as a journal entry but I would like the function of importing a deposit as a deposit and be treated like a deposit. I also would like to see the auto match in the bank transaction section to post the payment to the account as an actual payment and NOT an expenditure

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they have solved the ability to really zero in on transactions and ease the review process with all the filtering abilities.

  ### 9. Fluid, Efficient, and Well-Supported Tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley R. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I love the fluidity and the ability to cross-post with the Intuit Enterprise Suite. The continuous support from our dedicated agent is also something I really appreciate. These features make Intuit Enterprise Suite valuable in terms of reducing the time taken and help us perform proficient work. Plus, the initial setup was extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

There is always room for improvement, one thing that has been a disadvantage is the ability to have truly custom say in invoices document setups.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Intuit Enterprise Suite to consolidate reports across five companies, helping secure financials and gauge leverage, while its fluidity, cross-posting, and agent support save time and enable proficient work.

  ### 10. Easy to Use and Perfect for Managing Finances on the Go

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katie R. | Director of Accounting, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I love how easy it is to use. We switched from QuickBooks Desktop, and it was difficult to work on the go. This gives us the ability to stay on top of our company’s financial health no matter where we are in the world.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

So far, I haven’t found any downsides or anything I dislike about the software.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows us to use the software from anywhere, not just in the office. Multiple people can work in it at the same time, so we no longer have to worry about kicking users out or switching to single-user mode. I also love the month-end AI analysis, along with the suggestions for items to review.

  ### 11. Global Reporting Simplified with Stellar Support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Patty H. | Owner Bookkeeper, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I really like Intuit Enterprise Suite for its ability to handle global reports and other reporting functions, which makes it easy for us to understand the numbers and metrics. It's been effective for tracking multiple businesses for a single business owner.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

A better way to help sell this to my clients is with a marketing piece that would show the product. More transparency of your pricing structure and how to get an agreement offer from Intuit.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Intuit Enterprise Suite to deliver global reports for multiple businesses, making it easy to understand numbers and metrics.

  ### 12. Streamlined Multi-Entity Accounting with Intuit Enterprise Suite

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Retail | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

We started using Intuit Enterprise Suite about a year ago, and it has made a huge difference in how we handle our accounting workflows—especially consolidating intercompany entries. What used to take a lot more manual effort is now much smoother and easier to manage.

One of the biggest advantages is the ability to toggle between companies without constantly logging out and back in. That alone saves a lot of time during the day and makes working across multiple entities far more efficient.

The platform is also constantly evolving, which is great to see. At the same time, it would be really helpful if Intuit offered regular training sessions or update classes that explain exactly what has changed and how to best use new features. Since updates roll out fairly often, it can sometimes be hard to keep up with everything that’s new.

Overall, the system is fairly user-friendly, but there are still a few improvements that could make the experience even better. For example, it would be helpful to have a clear indicator showing which company/location you’re currently working in throughout the interface, not just on the main screen.

Even with a few areas that could be improved, it’s clear the platform is continuously improving, and we’ve definitely seen the benefits over the past year.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

Support is sometimes lacking in knowledge. I had a case open that was never formally resolved. By that, I mean the problem was fixed, but no one told me to check back or confirm it was resolved. The issue was that a Journal Entry was pending and I couldn’t delete or edit it. It also wasn’t posted anywhere; it was like it had been drafted and then got stuck. I ended up remaking the entry, and a few months later I noticed the original one was back in draft and I could delete it. This was over a year ago. Since then, I haven’t had any issues, so I haven’t needed support again.

Wish the consolidated P&L can pull YOY or YTD, MTD, MOM views or include % of income, and other things that the company has.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intercompany entries are a breeze now. I only have to make the entry once, and it’s posted across all companies. The bill allocation is smoother, too: one location receives the bill, and the entry is taken care of. I no longer have to run intercompany balance sheet accounts and hunt down which side is missing. Granted, I still have to do this sometimes, but it’s much easier now since most entries go through the automated system.

  ### 13. Intuitive, Reliable Finance Management with Time-Saving Reporting

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derrick H. | AP Subcontract Processing Coordinator, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I really like how intuitive and user-friendly the Intuit Enterprise Suite is. It makes managing all our finances so much easier. The reporting tools are super helpful and save me a ton of time each month. Overall, it just feels like a reliable solution that actually keeps everything organized without a headache.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

Sometimes it can feel a bit overwhelming with all the features if you’re just trying to do something simple. Also, a few of the reports take longer to load than I’d like.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intuit Enterprise Suite helps solve the problem of managing complex financial data across multiple accounts and departments. By centralizing everything in one place, it saves me time, reduces errors, and makes reporting and budgeting much more efficient.

The reporting is another aspect I value because it allows me to be 2D or 3D. Also, the setup was simple, making it easy to get started.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

Purchasing it is a pain, allow me to buy it.

It allows me to manage more than 15 businesses and maintain visibility across all of them, even with a limited staff.

  ### 16. Multi-Entity Eliminations Shine, But Dimensions vs. Classes Needs Clarity

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I like the multi-entity entries and eliminations

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

Not necessarily a downside, but not sure of the differences between dimensions and classes and how dimensions can be used to get more information

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is benifiting us because we are able to offer our clients an elevated product and find bigger clients that need the product

  ### 17. Great First Impressions with Flexible User Roles for Managers!

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I have not found anything I do not like yet!

Some times messing around is easy

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

I value that Intuit Enterprise Suite is pretty much the same as QBO.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

There's not a drop down for "reclassify transactions" like there was before. We struggled importing open invoices.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Intuit Enterprise Suite for consolidated reporting in my client's bookkeeping services.

  ### 20. Powerful Multi-Location Management with Flexible Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2026

Intuit Enterprise Suite allows me to manage multiple locations within my company while keeping them separate. It allows me to run reports in an individual method but also as one.

**What do you dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite?**

What I dislike about Intuit Enterprise Suite was the merge. There is no clean cut way to merge from a desktop file while using multiple classes. This created delayed issues.

**What problems is Intuit Enterprise Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intuit Enterprise Suite allows me to manage multiple locations under one IES. This is hugely beneficial when trying to keep locations separate but also together as a company.
