"Easy to use for Pentesting, I recommend it"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

intruder has a user friendly interface. It was easy to do the pentesting for multiple Websites at the Same time.

One Feature that i really like is the ability to automatically identify vulnerabilities in web applications, reducing the time and effort required to manually scan for weaknesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

Sometimes it was unclear What Tests are really used to test the Website. Maybe add a Feature to select specific attaks or Methode.

The report that can be create is fine, but i think that the PDF can be polished more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"intruder gives a full external view of my exposed digital landscape"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

As an organisation grows its hard for a CISO to have full visibility of every external digital interface a business may deploy, intruder gives me this, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Comprehensive vulnerability scanner that is simple to use"
5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

Intruder is a comprehensive vulnerability scanner that crawls to all corners of the web app, looking for holes. Their support team is eager to help, answer questions, and resolve issues. The user interface is simple and does not have unnecessary bells and whistles! It's working great for us; knowing that our app is scanned routinely for vulnerabilities gives us peace of mind. Scanning daily for emerging threats is a definite bonus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

It'll be great if scans can be paused and resumed or scheduled to run during non-working hours. It'll be useful when the scans take a long time (many days!) to complete. Also, generating a partial report will be helpful if the scan is canceled. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best vulnerability scaner!"
5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

Intruder exceeded all our expectations.

It is a quality product that smartly evaluates system vulnerabilities. Only exploitable vulnerabilities are detected.

The greatest value of this product is the excellent online chat support, which will help you with everything in case of problems.

Another big plus is that in the case of a small graphic problem found, the developers fixed the error in a month.

The response of the support team is incredibly fast in all aspects.

The interface of the intruder is very nicely graphically processed.

I recommend trying it!

It's addicting! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

The nessus internal scanner slows down the PC a lot during scanning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great onboarding experience"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

When testing out the service initially, their onboarding team were super helpful and answered a loooong list of questions that we peppered them with. We're just getting set up, and so far so good, but I wanted to call out their initial sales team, just a great experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

None so far. The experience has been excellent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intruder is easy to use."
5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

Intruder is easy to use and even easier to set up. Ideal for orgs that care greatly about their security, but don't yet have a fully matured InfoSec team. I especially appreciated the ease of connecting with other tools and services -- from the obvious ones like AWS and GCP to creating a Zapier automation that makes tickets for failing checks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

The overall layout and design of the website & tool could use some graphic design love. I think that the quality of the product is a bit obscured by the uninviting UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Peace of Mind"
5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

Intruder.io gives us great peace of mind that our sites have the most common security issues patched. When first adding new sites to Intruder we get a great list of issues that need to be fixed, as well as updates on new issues that may arise along the way. Great to have a vuln. scanning service running for us in the background. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

We'd love to use the Authenticated Web App Scanning feature, but the price jump is too prohibitive for anyone I work with. We'd love to see a better price point that the smallest businesses can afford for authenticated scans Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Nothing but Good things to Say about Intruder.io"
5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

They don't waste any time getting to the bottom of your issue, providing you with examples, and best steps for remediation. Super fast response and quick resolution, all chat based easy to understand, send screenshots back and forth and they'll always take the extra minute to confirm answers to all your questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

They were closed for the Queen's death so we had to wait a few days for service, but that was completely acceptable. That was really the only negative thing I've ever experienced with them, it was hard to find anything to fill this field with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Tool to Be Proactive in Network Security"
5/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

Intruder is a great tool for getting visibility to your infrastructure. One of the best features is the report for the endpoint. The detals about vulnerabilities, the details where the vulnerability was deteted within the targets system, and remediation tactics give a great starting point for taking action. With these reports on targets, I am able to be proactive in my approch to securtiy rather than reactive to an exploited vulnerabilty. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

I don't particularly like that I cannot dig deeper into a target's file system to scan for data that could be targeted in an attack. The greatest opportunity I see with Intruder is that the tool that I would like the ability to do is scan the file system for personally identifiable information. Not being able to dive deeper into the target to see what the file system contains and look for data that would be targeted should someone gain unauthorized access to a resource. "Intruder helps us keep patched and safe"
4/5
What do you like best about Intruder?

Intruder acts as a continual pen-tester for our servers, regularly monitoring our systems and checking that the latest available patches are applied and vulnerabilities mitigated or addressed. It provides some peace of mind that our security is up to date, hopefully making us less likely to fall victim to malware or other types of virus. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intruder?

The policy of having to wait 4 weeks to reuse a licence when one is released can be frustrating. For example, we have just replaced 4 domain controllers, we now have to wait four weeks to be able to re-use the licences taken from the old ones. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
