Introw lets you get started for free, which enabled me to build out a portal impression to make an internal business case. After having explored it twice over an extensive period the decision in the end was quickly made. An easy to setup integration with Salesforce (with help from our CSM, Kitti has been very fast to respond, proactive and really thinking along) gave us very quick time to value. I find Introw super intuitive to use. The best thing is the off-portal collaboration, which means I don't need to log in to the portal all the time.
