Introhive support is a misery. We cannot ever get what we need in terms of reasonable solutions that make sense for data management. The integration with InterAction, our CRM, was oversold and is not mature. It has greatly effected our perception of the product. Perhaps this is on the sales team though. Their data cleaning service also needs some work. Have yet to find a lead that has been loaded up with good information.
