The team I'm supporting are all extremely happy with the tool. It eases the day-to-day strain of adding contacts and activities into Salesforce, and makes sure that they actually capture them. What do you dislike about Introhive? Not necessarily a downside of Introhive itself, but it allows the team to be a little lazy at times. It's very easy for them to click click and add everything they've done to Salesforce, but sometimes they forget to curate what they are adding..
