Good customer service, good tool, enhanced functionalities welcome **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** March 14, 2019 **What do you like best about Intrepid by VitalSource?** - openness of the team to receive feedback and act on it - the support team work hard to maintain a high level service, especially during crisis time - good tool with simple display, pretty straight forward to use **What do you dislike about Intrepid by VitalSource?** - to slow in developping new products - not really mobile friendly, the reactive design doesn't work well - Would be good to have a superuser group to help in the design of new functionalities and to test them - need of a better API integration - lack of giid/effective interaction between participants/moderators - for admins, a lot of very manual steps and lack of flexibility for bulk activities (downloads, copies, word replacement...) **What problems is Intrepid by VitalSource solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our business is about online learning, we need simple yet innovative and state of the art online learning platform.
