What do you like best about Intralinks VDRPro?

They have a long, great history (I believe one of the oldest providers), which gives them extensive experience solving some of the most complicated issues and helping bankers etc. navigate some of the more cumbersome deals / processes. They tend to work with bulge brackets and are very focused on large-scale deals, and have the process down to a science. They make sure their clients get exactly what they need when all is said and done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intralinks VDRPro?

The main gripe with Intralinks is the price. They are almost always more expensive than other providers, and with all of the new competition nowadays, with many competitors offering very similar features for less, it's tough to justify Intralinks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Intralinks VDRPro:

Shop around for the best price - if you want to pay a premium for Intralinks to guarantee great service, it might be worth it, but there are plenty of other great options available now. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intralinks VDRPro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I have always used their classic data room functions which are used in an M&A process. This includes secure data storage and exchange, smooth collaboration tools, etc. These are especially helpful while in the process of due diligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support desk is incompetent. They had me using a 1990s interface for a month, then upgraded me to what I should have had all along. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Cheap and easy to navigate around the interface. This was also very cost beneficial. It was easy to recommend to clients who didnt want to pay 10K for a VDR. They also changed a one flat fee instead of charging by views/clicks/downloads or times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

By far it's the most comprehensive and sophisticated data room offering out there. However, it's priced to reflect that. Negotiating on volume or on the promise of repeat business helps a lot with price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
