I have not experienced any downside. Possibly the only issue was name recognition, but I don't see that as any kind of a concern. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A deciding factor for us was that impacted employee would be assigned with one counselor during their transition. If the relationship was not working out, they could request another counselor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
