Intobi is a US software development company with a strong Ukrainian team and an office in Kyiv. Since 2017, we have delivered 100+ projects for startups and established businesses in the US and Europe, from first MVPs to complex systems that run daily operations. Every project starts with the business: the operational problem, the people who will use the product, and the goals behind it. Only then do we choose the architecture and the stack. The same approach runs through the full cycle: business analysis, UI/UX design, development, QA, launch, and long-term support. Our core services are custom software development, web and mobile app development, SaaS and MVP development, UI/UX design, and custom CRM, ERP, and supply chain software. We also provide IT staff augmentation for in-house teams that need extra engineers. We build for companies in real estate, construction, healthcare, HR, manufacturing, logistics, and other industries. Our main technologies include C# and .NET, Node.js, Python, PHP, Flutter, Swift, and Kotlin. Our team of nearly 50 engineers, designers, and QA specialists works full-time, with no rotating subcontractors. Each client gets a dedicated team, a named point of contact, a working demo at the end of every sprint, and full ownership of the source code, documentation, and accounts from day one. Clear planning and honest updates help keep budgets and timelines predictable. Intobi is headquartered in Sheridan, Wyoming, and has an office in Kyiv, Ukraine
