**What do you like best about Intiveo?**

What I like best about Intiveo is how seamlessly it integrates with our patient management software. It automates appointment reminders and follow-ups, which saves me and my staff a lot of time. Plus, the user-friendly interface makes it easy for us to ensure that our patients have a smooth and pleasant experience from their very first visit.

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

The one thing I dislike about Intiveo is that it sometimes has limited customization options for automated messages, which can make them feel a bit generic. A bit more flexibility in tailoring communications would be great.

**What problems is Intiveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intiveo is solving several problems, including reducing no-shows by automating appointment reminders and follow-ups. It's also streamlining patient communication, making it easier to manage schedules and keep track of patient interactions. This benefits me by saving time, improving patient retention, and allowing me to focus more on providing quality dental care rather than administrative tasks.

I like that is easy to use and created for people like me, specifically for dentists.

It is a platform that is missing some things but is really helpful to have for my customers as well. I can handle them properly and give them a good service.

Information gathering and patient communication are made simple. In this way we can get information from patients, allowing them to give us their insurance card and any other information we want.

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

The fact that you scroll down to view the unread messages annoys me. It would be preferable if such messages appeared at the top as they did before to intevio's modifications.

**What problems is Intiveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Intevio, using the phone required a lot of time. We may now finish other projects that we had postponed till we had more time.

We used to have to call all our patients and tie up our phones for hours. Now our patients get texted and we only have to take incoming calls.

There really isn't anything I dislike except I wish we would have started sooner.

It was very time consuming on the phone before intiveo. Now we have the time to complete other tasks that were previously put off until we had the time.

**What do you like best about Intiveo?**

Intiveo integrates with our practice management software.  We can send new patient paperwork, forms, texts, reminders, surveys, and more directly to our patients.  It functions automatically and saves us so much time!

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

This is a hard one.   Currently, the platform does not accept images via text, but they are working on adding this feature.  Customer support is fast and helpful.

**What problems is Intiveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intiveo allows us to have patients complete their intake paperwork before coming into the office.  This makes patients happy and saves so much time.  We utilize the chat feature for so many things!  Ex: appointment reminders, last minute opening offerings, balances due, insurance estimates, and more!

Easy to communicate with patients and get information. Like that we can receive pictures now so that patients can send their insuance card to us and other information that we need from them.

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

I do not like that we have to scroll down to see the unread messages. It would be better for those messages to show at the top like before the changes to Intiveo occured.

Helps us out with confirming appointments with patients and save us time from calling or emailing them. Also, it helps us get all the information we need from our patients prior to their appointments.

Intiveo is a very user-friendly platform. It has changed the hours spent by my staff calling and calling and calling our patients to confirm.

Hard to get ahold of an actual person to discuss needs, and access help. Tickets are created, and communication is thru the tickets.

Expensive  - its pricey  for the amount of stuff it does for us -- it can do  a lot more  but like most software we only use a small part of its full capability.

**What do you like best about Intiveo?**

-Userfriendly with an accessible interface
-Convenient chat features, especially during COVID-19 for patient communication
-Newsletter customization is effective and straightforward

Overall, we have been very happy with Intiveo, from back when it was called EasyMarkit!

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

There are no particular downsides, but sometimes the wait times on calls are long and sending a ticket in takes a while to receive a response. I usually call for some urgent matters (mostly newsletter related). The program is unfortunately not compatible for Paradigm (through no fault on Intiveo's end), which makes using some of the features difficult. We use a different program for our forms, but it would be helpful in the future if forms are integrated with Paradigm so we don't have to manually download and upload them.

-Patient communication through the text feature
-Mass newsletters that can be sent to patients (with customization capabilities)
-Back-up for patient schedule for when Paradigm sometimes fails

Intiveo is wonderful for saving us countless hours of calling patients with reminders. It is also a great platform for receiving patient feedback and determining ways we can improve.

We have not found any downfalls of using Intiveo!

The rate of our no show or failed appointments reduced significantly using Intiveo. Also, in the past we were using a paper survey in the waiting room and it was not effective. We are now easily able to run monthly reports and quickly see the patient concerns as well as positive feedback. We also receive instant notifications if there is a negative survey so that we can promptly follow up with the patient.

We love that we can customize our messages to our Oral surgery instruction and also communicate back and forth with the patients regarding their care.

Absolutely nothing. We are so happy that we finally found software that will work with a specialty office.

Since integrating Intiveo into our practice we are getting a higher rate of appointment confirmations and it is so much easier to communicate with patients now. Most people do not answer their phones or check voice mail messages so the text system has improved our ability to connect with patients in a very timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

One thing is that we can only add so much in a text message. Sometimes we need just a little more but are limited in the number of charcters.

The only issues we have had so far is not remembering how to update texts.

I wish you could filter the messages by the user who sent them. I also would like if the notes were automatically input into the patient's EMR in our software.

**What do you like best about Intiveo?**

You can customize your texts, emails and voice messages to patients. Adding a lot of details has helped patients with what appointment they have and at what office. You can also see when a patient received their text, email or voice memo and create as many reminders as you need! Their customer service is also great! They help you out as soon as possible and show you how to fix issues in the future.

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

You can only texts patients and patients only. If you have to text a "parent," you have to add them in as a patient.

**What problems is Intiveo solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had issues in the past with patients showing up to the wrong office for their appointment. The text and email reminders have allowed us to put our directions on there! Most of our patients are older, which makes it harder for them to text. They really like the voice memos and those have helped them remember their appointments.

**What do you like best about Intiveo?**

The ability to call cell phones and text patients, along with the flexibility to modify settings and messages makes this a great option for your practice.

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

If you have entered a phone number as "home" and it's actually a cell, EasyMarkit can't differentiate between the two, so it won't send a text, it will only call the number. You must make sure the phone numbers are properly identified. Solutionreach CAN make the distinction, and this is what was so confusing to me, as when I brought this to the attention of EasyMarkit, they claim that this distinction cannot be made. However, I have experience with Solutionreach for years, and know that they do indeed make the distinction. It's a minor issue, but is annoying.
Also, if a patient is sent a confirmation text and doesn't respond right away, and another text is sent which may not be a confirmation text, and then the patient responds "C" to confirm after the second text, it doesn't understand that the patient was responding to the confirmation text and sends a text telling the patient it didn't understand the response. It's a bit confusing for the patient.

We've had a few quirks with the recall system, but have been able to resolve things for the most part. Patients really enjoy being able to text us.

**What do you like best about Intiveo?**

Not having to call patient's to confirm appointments is the best! Another favorite feature is the email and text blasts. When a tree knocked out our phone service one afternoon, what a blessing it was to contact ALL of our patients via email/text to make them aware of the problem. We were able to continue functioning as a normal office under these awful circumstances. Lastly, perhaps my all-time favorite perk of EasyMarkIt is their customer service. Their team is professional, knowledgeable, and just delightful to work with! They truly have compiled an  A+  team of employees representing the company! 

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

I can't utilize some of the features without calling tech support. Luckily they are always extremely helpful in walking me through what I am trying to accomplish... I

**Recommendations to others considering Intiveo:**

If you are debating purchasing this product, do not hesitate! It is one of the greatest business decisions we've ever made :)

The confirmation process that is in place has made it virtually impossible for "screw-ups" with the schedule. We have fewer no-shows and less confusion all around.

I love the text message feature. I have noticed more patients confirming their appointments, because with one simple reply we know they are coming, instead of them finding a good time to call.

I did have some complaints about the quality of the messages being left on patients voicemail. However, I have just learnt that we can now record our own messages, which is great!

Patient's are confirming more frequently and showing up to the appointments because they now have it directly on their phone through text or email, when their appointments are instead of repeatedly calling the office to double check the time.

We love the fact that we can customize our patient messages! Patients are used to their providers and staff at their health care offices; they like knowing who their talking with or communicating with. Easy Markit realizes this and helps keep your patients happy as well as your office.

**What do you dislike about Intiveo?**

We have been happy with their service! The initial messaging may be a lot for your patient base at first but your patients just need to read their messages  or listen to their messages and follow any prompts to customize which messages they prefer to receive example: voicemail; text or e-mail.

Patients saying they did not get our messages; Easy Markit tracks messages going out and you can see if patients listened to their messages. It's helped reduce no shows for appointments!
