Lack of record keeping and maintaining accurate data in Inteum can lead to issues when negotiating agreements; running reports in Inteum can help identify these issues. It seems like Inteum can do anything and everything that a tech transfer office could want. Every time I think "We need a way to do X," I find out that Inteum has that functionality. I think there are many other ways to use Inteum, and I do not have the time to investigate, and I do not see an easy method to learn some of the accounting tricks to streamline work. The fact that Inteum can be accessed from a web browser makes it very versatile, it is also highly customizable with User Defined Fields. The Support team are also great and respond very quickly.
