I have 3 members on my engineering team who are actually qualified to be taking interviews of candidates and I am the only recruiter for a team of 50 as an organisation. This meant that I am always on the back-foot when it comes down to managing bandwidth. Most of the current open source blooming software/technologies are present here. Another path breaking feature is the evaluation process which is smooth and takes less than an hour to give insights.
