**What do you like best about InterviewFlowAI?**

We’ve had a great experience using  InterviewFlowAI for AI-powered candidate screening and interviews. The platform is easy to use, helps automate repetitive hiring tasks, and significantly reduces screening time.

The built-in proctoring, resume screening, and AI evaluation reports are especially useful for scaling hiring efficiently. It has improved recruiter productivity while also providing a smooth candidate experience.

Overall, a reliable and cost-effective hiring platform for teams looking to streamline recruitment.

**What do you dislike about InterviewFlowAI?**

I’d like to see more third-party ATS integrations and deeper customization options for interview analytics and reporting. Other than that, the overall experience has been smooth and reliable.

**What problems is InterviewFlowAI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve major hiring challenges such as manual candidate screening, lengthy interview processes, inconsistent evaluations, and overall recruiter workload.

The platform benefits our team by automating resume screening, conducting AI-powered interviews, generating structured candidate evaluations, and cutting down the time spent on repetitive hiring tasks. It also helps us scale hiring efficiently with built-in proctoring and anti-cheating detection, while still maintaining a smooth candidate experience.

Onboarding was smooth founder was available on meeting and gave a dedicated slack channel for support. 

Overall, it has improved recruiter productivity, sped up hiring, and created a more structured and consistent interview process.

Also, the cost per interview is $0.99, which is a fraction of what other platforms charge
