"Good software but didn't do everything we needed"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Intervals?

Reporting on time tracked by individual, project, estimated vs. actual, etc. Reports were easy and customized reports could be saved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intervals?

The resource management feature did not work as well as we needed it to and it also didn't allow for adequate timeline management for clients. No client access into system. No ability to manage forecast work and to project how forecasted and committed work looked in our allocations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great for Its Purpose"
4/5
What do you like best about Intervals?

It is not bloated. Unlike other time trackers, I feel like it does not purposefully try to be extra helpful or always have updates to learn. It's easy to learn and make a habit of. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intervals?

The UI. The design is not very good. It was the only aspect of the product that made it difficult for me to get used to when I was a new user. It looks very outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from John Reeve of Intervals

Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback. Glad to hear the timers are working out for you.

Regarding the UI we agree it's dated. We've been making minor updates to the interface since we launched 11 years ago, but times have changed. Our next major release will unveil an entirely new and modernized interface. We're hoping to beta launch our new look soon. If you would like to be part of the beta tester group please email support@myintervals.com to be added to the list.

Meanwhile, check out our blog at www.myintervals.com/blog for a sneak preview.

"Great project snapshots"

I rely on the project summaries to give me a good project overview and then I can dive deeper into individual time entries. I've used other software, but am happy with how easy intervals is to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intervals?

I wish I could edit a work hourly rate for a whole project in one step. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from John Reeve of Intervals

Thank you for the thoughtful review. We appreciate the feedback.

I've made note of your idea to edit hourly project rates in bulk for our team to review.

Meanwhile, we're glad to hear that Intervals is helping keep track of projects and their profitability.

"Intervals is an excellent PM software for agencies "
5/5
What do you like best about Intervals?

Intervals is comparably priced to other PM software and offers robust integrations and task dependencies. I have personally had an excellent experience using this product and can safely say that it is one of the most robust options for the price. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intervals?

It may be too robust / complicated at times and lacks the aesthetic appeal that creatives sometimes need in order to engage fully in the product's process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from John Reeve of Intervals

Thank you for the feedback. We're glad to hear our software has helped improve efficiency. That's been one of our goals from the start.

Regarding the UI, we agree that it lacks the appeal creatives have grown accustomed to recently. We've been making minor updates to the interface since we launched 11 years ago, but times have changed. Our next major release will unveil an entirely new and modernized interface. We're hoping to beta launch our new look soon. If you would like to be part of the beta tester group please email support@myintervals.com to be added to the list.
