Pathetic service, irresponsibly situations handled. **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Vishal S. | CTO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** February 21, 2022 **What do you like best about InterServer?** at start the service was good but day by day quality of service is degrading. **What do you dislike about InterServer?** I've taken the shared hosting plan, which includes nine websites. Every alternate day either all websites are temporarily down or taking too much time to load (sometimes 46 seconds). Every time you have to chat with them and tell them the whole scenario repeatedly, then in 1-3 hours, your website will be up. If you have that much time to waste, please go ahead and ruin your business. I feel like they don't care for their customer. once you pay the money and money-back days(30 days) are over, then they just don't care. **Recommendations to others considering InterServer:** A BIG NO. The way they handle situations and customers, from now on, i will never recommend their service to any company or person. **What problems is InterServer solving and how is that benefiting you?** My 2 clients left because alternate days their websites were down, which i have hosted on Interserver. They are good at creating problems. If you think your website is fantastic, try them. They will make sure that you feel pitty and disgusting about the same. ### 2. I don't recommend anyone to purchase their services. Bad Support, 0 Uptime, Everything ZERO. Hate to say this but I regret purchasing their services. **What do you dislike about InterServer?** Everything is bad, No response to support tickets, not a friendly user interface, very slow. Not suggested at all. Avoid Interserver. They use Direct Admin Panel Web Control Panel which is not very user-friendly. **Recommendations to others considering InterServer:** Don't go with interserver. **What problems is InterServer solving and how is that benefiting you?** I have realized no benefits from using their services. No problems solved, I have done a big mistake by purchasing their service - hosting.
