The user interface of AnyMeeting can feel somewhat dated, particularly when compared to more modern platforms like Zoom or Google Meet. Its design isn’t as sleek or intuitive, which may pose challenges for first-time users. I overall have had a great experience with Intermedia Unite, from transitioning to it at the start of service to daily use of it. The onboarding team at time of transitioning/start of service was amazing, responsive and knowledgeable - on top of being patient and fully answering inquiries about how it all works. The limited times I've had to reach out to technical support for issues that have occurred - which are few and far between - I again find myself working with pleasant, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable people to achieve quick resolution. I also appreciate the emailed updates on technical issues that have arisen and are being worked on by Intermedia, from when the issue is realized, progressing along, and completed. Sometimes I just need a human to speak to so I can better understand how something works. I don't necessarily have time to review documentation and online support (anywhere - not just at Intermedia) tends to not have complete or detailed enough answers or somehow seems to totally miss the point. I run a small business that has been using Intermedia for over 4 years. Overall a good value, reliable service with aboe average support. No tech is perfect, but they communicate the are outage and respond quickly to resolve issues. I've been using Intermedia Unite for 5+ years now as a one stop shop for collaboration, VoIP calls, CRM, Messaging, and Webinars. It's an easy to use platform that also has a very intuitive mobile app as well. From a pricing standpoint is less expensive than some of the major name brands while offering equal functionality.
