Flexible 3. Customize things for you (not something our other phone companies have done in the past) - They will try and make things work for you and your company (options don't all have to be standard) 4. They also have a Call Center product. 5. One of the only companies that will work with a Chromebook.  They have - 3-way calling for web app on Chromebooks. I overall have had a great experience with Intermedia Unite, from transitioning to it at the start of service to daily use of it. The onboarding team at time of transitioning/start of service was amazing, responsive and knowledgeable - on top of being patient and fully answering inquiries about how it all works. The limited times I've had to reach out to technical support for issues that have occurred - which are few and far between - I again find myself working with pleasant, professional, and most importantly very knowledgeable people to achieve quick resolution. I also appreciate the emailed updates on technical issues that have arisen and are being worked on by Intermedia, from when the issue is realized, progressing along, and completed. I run a small business that has been using Intermedia for over 4 years. Overall a good value, reliable service with aboe average support. No tech is perfect, but they communicate the are outage and respond quickly to resolve issues. I've been using Intermedia Unite for 5+ years now as a one stop shop for collaboration, VoIP calls, CRM, Messaging, and Webinars. It's an easy to use platform that also has a very intuitive mobile app as well. From a pricing standpoint is less expensive than some of the major name brands while offering equal functionality.
