We've been able to leverage so much more with O365 that Intermedia isn't even worth it for us anymore **What problems is Intermedia Exchange Email solving and how is that benefiting you?** Need to get off of a server and into the cloud. Intermedia no longer benefits us and we've moved on ### 2. Once quarantined, you will receive an email that takes you to a site in which you can interact with the suspicious email in a protected environment. Additionally, you can add an email to a "block" list if you no longer want to receive emails from that particular sender. **What do you dislike about Intermedia Exchange Email?** I’m unsure of how to really adjust the settings but I will admit that I haven’t looked very hard either. **Recommendations to others considering Intermedia Exchange Email:** Evaluate all of your options so as to find which will best suit your needs and preferences **What problems is Intermedia Exchange Email solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quarantine suspicious emails and evaluate said emails in a protected environment.
