Interlok handles the data side of an acquisition. When a company buys another, the acquired business's CRM and ERP data has to move into the parent's systems, and finance has to be able to trust it. Interlok migrates that data in days rather than months, and proves it moved correctly: the trial balance foots, subledgers tie to the general ledger, and AR/AP aging reconstructs, record by record. Every migration ends with a signed go/no-go verdict and an evidence pack the controller can file. Pricing is fixed and published up front. We work with CFOs, controllers and operating partners at private-equity-backed companies and other serial acquirers, across the major CRM and ERP platforms. Clients can run migrations themselves on the Interlok platform, with our review and sign-off, or have us run the work end to end.
