What problems is Interlaced IT Managed Services solving and how is that benefiting you?

Recently one of our mailboxes suddenly received dozens of distubring and hateful spam from a bad actor. Not only was I seeing these messages but also members of our leadership team. The messages kept coming in from a Friday afternoon to a Saturday morning and I knew I had to flag it. I slacked the interlaced team and someone responded within one hour. Then in a few hours had found the source and fixed the issue. The customer service I received was on point and their team member was very kind in his responses. I highly recommend them. Interlaced has been extremely helpful in getting my device setup implemented as a new employee. In the past, when amanged internally, I have had many issues, but with Interlaced, everything was quick, seamless and easy. They have also provided fantastic post rollout/ongoing support help.
