What do you dislike about Intergraph Smart P&ID Software?

- The process of migrating from older versions to the latest version can be complicated.

- Unlike some competitors, the tool, although it is one of the most recommended, at a technical and usability level, I could not point out any disadvantage, but it is worth noting that at an economic level, there are other options in the market with a lower investment cost. SmartPlant P&ID helps solve problems related to efficiency and productivity in the creation of Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) in engineering projects. What do you like best about Intergraph Smart P&ID Software?

SmartPlant P&ID gives "life" and properties to the 2D P&ID's. When used correctly, the P&ID's and objects etc will have links and associations to Smart 3D and SmartPlant Construction which helps with database/report generation in the long run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intergraph Smart P&ID Software?

It is a bit more time consuming than the traditional drafting with AutoCAD/MicroStation. It requires more time to use the software correctly to ensure that the "links" between objects are accurate and correct. A Drafter must also understand the "theories" in design/construction much more than simply "drafting redlines". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Intergraph Smart P&ID Software solving and how is that benefiting you?

When using the whole suite of software from SmartPlant P&ID, to Smart 3D, to SmartPlant Construction, it simplifies alot of the checking (missing objects, unaccounted for lines or equipment etc). What do you like best about Intergraph Smart P&ID Software?

Smartplant P&ID integrated database and results. Its independent software and not dependent to any other software like AVEVA run in AutoCAD atmosphere AVEVA Diagrams in Visio. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Intergraph Smart P&ID Software?
