What do you like best?
It's a simple way to extract your conversation data from Intercom. We found it useful to generate insights into what our customers were telling us, in order to inform our priorities. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes it takes some time to get a report - but that's often the case when generating reports from Intercom anyway. Not a huge problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
Easy export to CSV file allowed us to run our own specific analytics on bulk data collected through Intercom conversations. Liked the flexibility involved here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike?
Incompatibility of emojis in the download. Created extra characters that confused the dataset sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best?
A very Helpful tool and great team, we had an issue while exporting conversations for deleted users, but after communication with the team, it was quickly fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
