The system does not permit portability to other instructors with access to the product. The platform initially looked interesting as there are quite a few different "games" that could be fun for users to play with. But quantity over quality seems to be a common theme. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Interacty Content Builder? Their customer service is absolutely horrible. I attempted to use their question bank option and all I've received is error messages. For the past 3 weeks, I've been attempting to clarify with support why this error is occurring. They refused to give any useful feedback (often asking for me to complete some task that has already been attempted or send them some document which was already sent to them) and now simply stopped responding all together. I was hoping it would be useful for our online courses but with the question bank feature not working the other games are really only useful for tacky lead gen.
