Identify new growth opportunities. With the help of the support team we have recently produced an incredibly useful series of BD dashboards. We have had InterAction since 1999. It's comfortable to us. It's "common sense" approach to contact management makes it easy to work with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about InterAction+? InterAction is very time-intensive to maintain. We don't have a dedicated data steward so we monitor our database through the use of stringent data change management rules. In spite of our diligence, we still struggle with data management.
