"Seamless Multilingual Meetings with High-Quality Audio and Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Interactio?

What I like best about Interactio is how it makes multilingual meetings and events much easier to manage. The platform provides high quality audio and seamless language interpretation, allowing participants from different regions to communicate effectively. I also appreciate its ease of use, stable performance, and ability to support both virtual and hybrid events without requiring complex setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interactio?

One area where Interactio could improve is the initial onboarding experience for first time users. Some participants may need guidance to understand language channel selection and platform features. Additionally, internet connectivity can affect the overall experience during large events, although this is common with most cloud based communication platforms. "Exceptional Multilingual Interpretation for Online, Hybrid, and In-Person Events"
What do you like best about Interactio?

What I like about this platform is its capabilities which are very exceptional. Starting from its ease of delivering simultaneous interpretation across online, hybrid and in-person events using our existing device across cross-functional teams is very effective. I also liked the flexibility of their platform. Whether using their tool as in a standalone meeting solution or integrating it with other meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams and other conferencing tools, their overall experience remains seamless. Dedicated consoles for moderators, interpreters, participants and a variety of teams demonstrate that this platform is very effective in building tools for complex and multilingual events. What do you dislike about Interactio?

This platform has a more specialised focus than traditional meeting applications, but as a result of this, it has a complex learning curve for the first time organizers, and they should have an efficient hand onboarding experience for newer teams, which is lagging a bit as of now. And their interpretation workflow's learning curve is steep. An organisation hosting simple meetings might feel this is way too advanced functionality, unnecessarily. In addition to this, their price is transparent when compared with other similar platforms out there in this space. The platform is modernised, but I feel it's not as intuitive when compared with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Interatio Impresses with Rock-Solid Stability and Granular Stream Controls"
What do you like best about Interactio?

As Someone who manage the backend administration while also occasionally sharing the floor as an active user Interatio's sheer stability under heavy bandwidth load is impressive From the admin side the stream isolation controls are highly granular you can assign interpreters to specific language channels, monitors latency in real-time and manage participant access without disrupting the live feed.

From a user perspective the interface is remarkably uncluttered unlike older hardware-dependent systems you don't need to figure out how to switch audio tracks or sync a smartphone to the live stream. the audio syncing is incredibly

tight- there's almost zero noticeable lag between the speakers mouth movements and the interpreted audio which is crucial for maintaining engagement during multiple lingual panel discussions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interactio?

the intial setup curve for external interpreters can be bit friction-heavy if an interpreter isn't deeply familiar with the Interactio Broadcaster console the onboarding process requires a fair amount of hand-holding from the it admin team.

we've had a few instance where localized firewall restrictions on the interpreter's side blocked the webRTC streams, requiring last minute troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Robust Platform for Multilingual Virtual Events"
What do you like best about Interactio?

What I like most about Interactio is how effectively it supports virtual communication and audience engagement, especially for international hybrid events. The platform is very easy to use, reliable, and it provides a very smooth experience for both organizers and attendees, which is amazing. I especially like the interpretation features, audience interaction tools, and the user-friendly interface. The event management capabilities are amazing, and the overall flexibility it offers for webinars, conferences, and multi-channel meetings is absolutely great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interactio?

Well, the overall experience has been very positive, but there's still room for improvement in advanced customization reporting features, integrations, and additional third-party platform integrations. Some advanced event management features could also be easier for first-time users to configure. So yeah. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fleet-Footed Solution for Multilingual Events, But Mind the Setup"
What do you like best about Interactio?

I appreciate that Interactio revolutionizes our international conferences by allowing certified interpreters to work remotely while the audience listens via their own mobile devices. Not having to deal with the logistical headaches of traditional interpretation hardware is such a relief. The platform is user-friendly and their technical support is top-notch. One of the most valuable features is the Interpreter Console, especially with its seamless handover and booth partner chat capabilities, reducing fatigue and maintaining interpretation quality. I also like that Interactio eliminates the need for physical hardware, making it accessible via smartphones or browsers while supporting over 2,000 attendees. Its wide compatibility with platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Skype is another standout feature. Additionally, the platform includes interactive tools like live voting, Q&A, and file sharing, which enhance event engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interactio?

One specific aspect that can be a hurdle—especially for large-scale or high-stakes events—is the 'Dual-Stream Learning Curve' and the potential for Audio Feedback Loops. Managing two different audio streams simultaneously can lead to confusion, like hearing both the original speaker and the interpreter at the same time. This setup can be frustrating for non-technical users and cause feedback loops, creating disruptive echoes. The initial setup is also a 'high-touch' process with a moderately steep learning curve, requiring a solid understanding of audio routing and specific technical workflows, which can be daunting for those without a technical background. "Efficient Multilingual Meetings, Crisp Audio"
What do you like best about Interactio?

I really like using Interactio for meetings because everyone can use it in the language they prefer. It doesn't matter which language I'm speaking; people can listen in their own language, which makes it super easy to use. The multi-language platform is really useful, especially in meetings, and the audio is clear with fast and instant interpretation. This helps a lot as not everyone is comfortable in English, and it makes communication much smoother. The audio being very crispy is also good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Interactio?

I think this should provide some offline use. I don't like that it's not available without internet. Also, I don't like the setup. It feels odd and it's not that easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
