Intendance is the cockpit of the independent restaurateur: a restaurant management software built by a former restaurant owner in the French Basque Country. It brings together in one place staff scheduling and time tracking with payroll variables exported to the accountant (Silae format), purchasing and suppliers, supplier invoices read automatically (Factur-X, UBL and CII without OCR; photos read by AI then verified to the cent), stock with lots and expiry dates, menu, recipe cards and food cost, point-of-sale reports read exactly, HACCP hygiene records and the compliance binder, plus a per-site and group-wide dashboard (break-even point, margins, supplier price drift). Nothing is guessed: an unknown price is shown as unknown. For 1 to 3 restaurants (more on request). Hosted in France, data exportable in one click. Public pricing from €75 excl. VAT per month; 14-day free trial, no credit card.
