They have fixed many bugs in the app. Initially, the app was not very user friendly. Now, it is extremely simple to use and also effective. The upside of Intellishift is the accuracy of placement of the fleet. Being able to track various drivers and routes for speed and mileage in real time prevents mishaps. It's easy to use, easy to follow. They come out when called and do the installations quickly and professionally. Very easy to implement. We use it every day. Intellishift shows us where the various elements of the fleet are actually at in real time, making redirection simple and painless. We get reports on speed overages that allow us to train the drivers better and reduce insurance risks. The cameras allow us to see what actually happened in every accident and near miss allowing us to clear drivers faster and instruct drivers on better avoidance techniques. My experience with IntelliShift has been very positive, especially regarding its ease of use and implementation. What I really like best about IntelliShift is how it brings so much crucial fleet data together in one place. The real-time GPS tracking is incredibly accurate and helps us dispatch vehicles much more efficiently and provide better ETAs to customers. On top of that, the integrated safety features, like driver behavior monitoring and dash cam integration, are invaluable; getting alerts for harsh braking or speeding allows us to proactively coach drivers and significantly improve safety across the board. While IntelliShift is powerful, I find the user interface can be a bit overwhelming at times, navigating and finding exactly what you need isn't always the most intuitive, especially for newer users. The cost can also feel a bit on the higher side compared to some basic telematics systems, and scaling up with additional features can add up quickly. Before using it, we were basically blind – relying on phone calls to locate trucks, guessing at maintenance needs, and struggling to manage driver behavior consistently. Now, it's like we have a complete live dashboard for everything. We can optimize routes on the fly, prevent unexpected breakdowns with usage-based maintenance alerts, and coach drivers using real data, which has drastically improved efficiency, cut down on fuel waste, and made our operations much safer overall. I been using Intellishift for 9 year I my current job. Intellishift is very good for tracking our drivers. it shows their exact location and how long they spend on the delivery. Also, if later on the month if I want to review how was driving the vehicle I could just go back and find the information on report. I like the new camara version. If has a lot to improve, for example, the tracking Device not working properly. The website also it is very confusing when looking where to go. For a new user would take a while to get use to. Intellishift is very helpful just by the basic operations of the app. Technology always has its niches and crannies, but this app is very straight to the point and gives no room for error. I feel like anyone who access this app will have success in its process. IntelliShift is very user-friendly and its functionality is irreplaceable in keeping track of our news crews' locations out in the field. The map view allows us to see how far someone is from a breaking news scene, and who is the closest to other areas in times of crisis.
