Keeps detailed organized records of client info.

**What do you dislike about Intellinx?**

Hard to navigate back and forth, can’t use forward and back browser arrows, many arbitrary fields. 

**Recommendations to others considering Intellinx:**

Definitely do a training before actively using the product in the workplace. 

**What problems is Intellinx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Used for client info and attorney contact. Keeps updated records and automatically updates contact algorithms.
