The flexibility it offers allows users to conduct analyses efficiently. Additionally, their support team is consistently responsive and helpful whenever questions or issues arise. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** While the overall platform is strong, I’ve encountered occasional discrepancies in the data—most recent was an ESRI population pull that was significantly off. Although the issue was quickly resolved, it highlights the importance of validating the data before use. These one-off inaccuracies can be problematic if not caught. **What problems is Intellimed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Intellimed helps me evaluate healthcare market dynamics by providing insight into hospital and health system market share, patient migration patterns, and physician or group alignment. The platform enables me to quickly identify high-level trends, answer market-specific questions, and support strategic decision-making with data-driven evidence. The selection process is straightforward. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** Compared to other software programs, Intelliclient seems clunky. It works, but its user interface is the bare minimum. The data is updated quarterly, so it is the kind of thing where I'm in 4x per year. Since I'm an infrequent user, I never become familiar enough to use it to its full potential. Maybe there is something I'm missing, but it will likely remain hidden from me. **What problems is Intellimed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Volume from other healthcare facilities is unknown, but Intellimed provides easy access to that data from other hospitals. ### 4. But, I would say the personal response I receive from the Intellimed team. **What do you dislike about Intellimed?** The WI OHO reports is the only place I can blend the inpatient and ambulatory data sets. But, some predefined groups cannot be used when using OHO. **What problems is Intellimed solving and how is that benefiting you?** Most recently, the problem I've been trying to address is understand physician referral patterns. So, I purchased IntelliMarket Explorer to analyze the referrals. The customer support in helping me use the system was excellent (Elena Cox).
